3 Best Bike Shops in Hobart TAS

Went with my shabby second hand bike asking for a back rack for my journey across Tasmania. The staff was incredibly helpful and took my low budget into consideration. They even showed me how to change the tyres if I get a flat. Oh I wish I remembered your names! This was months ago so you probably won’t remember me, but I got to the west coast with zero problems and had best time of my life just cycling through the rainforests and the rolling hills. you made it possible and I will never forget your kindness.

Awesome bike shop. Always friendly and helpful service and they’re honest. After being quoted hundreds of dollars at another bike shop to replace multiple parts I got a second opinion at Roll. They made an adjustment to one of the parts and charged me almost nothing. Bike is running like a dream again. I won’t go anywhere else for my bikes now.

I purchased a Specialized mountain bike from Roll Cycles and had it transported to Sydney. Unfortunately, the bike was damaged during delivery. Nick from Roll Cycles followed up with very good customer service to resolve the issue. You can truly judge a business’s customer service with how they respond when things go wrong. Happy to recommend.

Great people to deal with at My Ride Hobart. Luca gave me a huge amount of assistance with a build I was doing and everyone else showed a genuine interest. I had to exchange parts that I got wrong but nothing was too much trouble for Luca. I'll certainly be going back and can recommend My Ride Hobart to all cyclists.

MyRide Hobart - the go-to guys if you need to hire a bike in Hobart! They get the 'finicky' preferences of regular riders, and provide fantastic service and great value.They can't make the climb up Mt Wellington any easier, but they'll make sure you're riding the best bike possible.

Great service and really good bikes. A significant point of difference is the Giant gravel bikes which were perfect for riding the pipeline track. Would definitely seek the Mcbains team out again next time we cross the ditch to Tassie.
