Brad made me feel at ease from the beginning and straight away I could tell he was someone who genuinely wanted to help people. I had 5 sessions with Brad to help me overcome a few unhealthy lifestyle habits, and I looked forward to each session more and more after quickly seeing the positive impact on my mental health and life. On a conscious level I’ve gained many great tools and have a new zest for life, but subconsciously is where I feel Brad has had the greatest impact helping to release me from negative self talk replaced with positive and uplifting guidance. For me it has been an invaluable experience and I couldn’t recommend Brad enough!.

He really understood my position in life and was GREAT help in helping me put my life on track. Can’t thank him enough for helping me through my most complex phase in life. Highly recommend him for people struggling with alcoholism.

Brad is wonderful, very empathetic, the therapy helped me a lot.

I had my first hypnotherapy session today. Jane is a wonderful therapist, I felt very safe & absolutely relaxed knowing I was in good hands. Jane has the perfect soothing voice for hypnotherapy and I could see how passionate she is about her work. She has a very compassionate and gentle approach to her clients which I adored. I could feel the wonderful effects of our session straight after it ended, wow.

Would definitely recommend Jane. I have seen her and had a wonderful experience. All the best, Jane!

I've been a heavily addicted emotional smoker for over 30 years. I never believed it possible to quit. I'm certainly no quitter but walked out of my stop smoking session with Chris a non smoker. Words will never explain how proud and thankful I am. I'm smoke free now and don't even count the days, at least 6 weeks, and the kicker is that it just seems to get easier. A miracle to me.

I had a fantastic session with Phillip. He is well educated, speaks my “language”, and I was able to walk away confident that I was understood and respected for what I needed assistance with. I strongly feel I would return for additional visits in the future should the need arise again! 5 Stars!

Such a lovely lady. Haven't smoked since I had a session there.
