A warm, supportive practice. I felt comfortable talking about what brought me to counselling. The counselling space was private and safe. Eileen brings a mix of lightness and humour into the intensity of counselling. This was helpful in relieving tension. Education about relationships, grief and loss encouraged me to see different perspectives and understand my reactions to my situation. I felt heard and validated. I highly recommend Moore Relationships.

Eileen and Michael did a wonderful job at helping us to learn more effective ways to communicate with each other and also have a safe space to be able to open up and have some really raw conversations that have definitely made us stronger as a couple.
