He graduated from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne with a dental degree in 1992 and worked for a year in Stockton-on-Tees before relocating to Australia. He completed a Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons of England and later studied for a Master’s in Orthodontics at the University of Sydney, graduating in 2002. After starting his career as a specialist orthodontist in January 2003, Dr Armstrong furthered his expertise by completing a PhD in orthodontics at the University of Sydney in 2007.”
