I was very hesitant about going to counselling but finally did so from my need to talk to someone neutral about my problems and concerns. I'm so glad I did! I felt so relieved that someone understood my troubles and I had a good experience. Urja and I worked well together: She was compassionate and professional. Urja encouraged me to work out my own feelings in a very constructive way. I now think more clearly which has led to positive changes in my life.

The counselling sessions I had with Urja were both enlightening and cathartic. She is an empathetic counsellor who, through her insight and knowledge, assisted me with voicing some deep-seated trauma and pain.
