I wondered down to OPSM after spending time in another glasses store on the off chance I would find a pair of sunglasses I liked that weren't going to break when I put them on. Bingo! The quality, styles and choice were so much better. It took me about 3 minutes to find what I was looking for. I did pay a bit more for them but I am really happy, they suit me and, take care of my eyes. Thank OPSM you made my day.

The OPSM employee brought from out the back a perfect frame for me, very similar to one I already have in shape and colour. The lighting was perfect, service superb. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent service from eye testing through to the frame fitting. Such care to detail to ensure the customer received a totally professional end product of new spectacles. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Specsavers with my mum, and we had an amazing experience thanks to Frank. His customer service was outstanding! He took the time to understand what my mum was looking for, and with his expert advice, she found the perfect pair of glasses. Frank was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding her through all the options with genuine care. I entered into the store to see if they could fix my mum’s sunglasses which had lost the screw of one side during our holidays. The young lady was very helpful and sorted out the broken arm of the spectacles immediately. I am so grateful for the service she provided and how nice she was. What’s more, they didn’t even want to charge us. Definitely a 5 star service. Thanks for everything!

Both Tarina and Rachel are absolutely lovely! They both went above and beyond in helping me with completing my eye check, picking out frames and ensuring I got the most back from my health fund. I honestly cannot recommend them both more highly. They are worth their weight in gold.
