I broke my ankle and did some ligament damage 4 months ago. I'm very happy with how well it has healed, and that's thanks to the advice and exercises I was given at Coffs Coast Sports Physio. They are very thorough therapists, and they also take the time to explain things. I found their app with the exercises and videos on it helpful as well. I've also received treatment for plantar fascitis, which has improved significantly and continues to do so. The administration staff ensured my scans and records were in order every time, even if they had to chase them up with radiology or Medicare. So it's a big thanks to the team at CCSP from me! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Matt and the team at Coffs Coast Sports Physiotherapy. After a recent run of injuries, Matt was able to get me moving again. Very good service and excellent care. Thank you Matt & the team.

Andrew is excellent. I've seen him three times for 3 separate injuries and in all cases he's seen me from diagnosis to full function without issues. Top bloke too, would highly recommend.

Josh at Tidal Motion came recommended by a friend and I was very impressed. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and provide an easy to follow exercise program with photos of me doing expected form. I am now pain free and will be booking a session with Josh if needed in the future. Josh is knowledgeable and professional and I cant recommend him enough.

Working with tidal motion physio has been nothing short of outstanding. Ive seen Josh for three separate injuries over the last 2 years and in a few short visits he has been able to get them back to full health and no pain. Highly recommended!
