The sleep apnea team is brilliant, Andy and Grace 5 stars each, definitely an asset to Terry White Chemist. For anyone that has gone through the process or is about to purchase a sleep apnea device I would highly recommend seeing the team at Terry White Coffs Harbour, my experience with Andy and Grace was amazing, found them both to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful & patient with all the questions I had whilst I was getting the mask correct over a 4 week period.

Absolute wonderful experience with one of the staff members. Karley I hope that’s her name the lady with the tree of life on her arm and Sarah both stayed back after they had closed so we could get our prescriptions which we had trouble finding to help us go overseas 10 out of 10 service.

I went in to get a prescription and a women named Zoe assisted me and was very helpful explaining everything and and assisting me in understanding which medication was best she went above and beyond to help.

This is such a great chemist. So accessible and such a large range. They stock medicines, make ups, baby needs, cleaning products, vitamins and supplements and the list goes on. Often the prices are better than competitive. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The staff are always courteous and helpful. The processing of scripts is seamless and they always seem to have what I need. It's everything but without the non pharmacy enticements that make for big crowded stores. Totally appreciated.

Jetty Pharmacy provide a personal service. The pharmacist, Vicki, Steph & all staff professional & very patient & kind. Kerbside service during COVID most appreciated. Thank you.

The staff at this pharmacy are fantastic! Steph & Vicki in particular have been so helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable and very giving of their time. The pharmacy also have some lovely gift items to choose from.
