“Dosa Hut Harris Park serves fresh, hygienic, mouth-watering and authentic Indian cuisine at fair prices. Anil Kumar Karpurapu and Praveen Indukuri are the founders of this restaurant. Being foodies at heart, they often travelled long distances to satisfy their love for dosa, as there weren’t many South Indian restaurants around back then. This passion led them to start their own food venture, an Indian restaurant called Salaam Namaste. Three years of hands-on experience later, they opened the doors to the very first Dosa Hut in Footscray in 2007. Their chefs have mastered the art of making dosa and serve the largest variety of dosas compared to any other Indian restaurant, with over 90 varieties at last count, with new ones that their chefs keep creating.
