Dosa Hut Harris Park serves fresh, hygienic, mouth-watering and authentic Indian cuisine at fair prices. Dosa Hut Harris Park is managed and run by Pavan Narra and Sandeep Kondapalli. They often travelled long distances to satisfy their love for dosa, as there weren’t many South Indian restaurants around back then. This passion led them to start their own food venture, an Indian restaurant called Salaam Namaste. After three years of hands-on experience, they opened the doors to the first Dosa Hut in Footscray in 2007. Their chefs have mastered the art of making dosa and serve the largest variety of dosas compared to any other Indian restaurant, with over 90 varieties at last count, with new ones that their chefs keep creating. They are pioneers in bringing authentic South Indian food culture to Australia. They use fresh and healthy ingredients along with authentic desi spices. Their chefs create delicious treats such as sambar vada, dahi vada, sambar button idlis, Kanchipuram ghee podi idlis, and more.

2025 Update: Dosa Hut serve over 7 million customers annually.
