What a outstanding service. The staff on the phones are brilliant and so helpful. 10 out of 10 I ordered a special size for my caravan and it was ready within 2 days. It's the best and so glad I called these people. Outstanding service and the workmanship is also outstanding. I definitely willbe back and thanks again . A great Australian company that has definitely got it right well done.

Outstanding service! Both of the women who assisted me were brilliant! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. After going around every other mattress store, I came to Makin Mattresses for the first time, and bought my comfy new mattress! And it was delivered the very next day after purchase! I will be recommending them to everyone.

We recently bought a mattress from Sleepy’s at Kotara, NSW because they guarantee satisfaction or an exchange. We tried three different mattresses before we decided on one. We had been clearly informed of the conditions for the exchange when we bought the first mattress, which was to use a mattress protector. We found the service to be extremely good. The Manager knew her products and could not have been more patient or friendly. We would recommend that store to anybody having trouble deciding on a mattress.

Highly recommend! Fantastic customer service - Tasha was incredibly helpful and considerate helping me find a mattress in my price range. Gave me an excellent deal, as well as next-day delivery. They also offer a service to take the old mattress away and recycle it so it doesn't go to landfill which I thought was excellent. Overall 10/10 experience, thank you.

Luca was an absolute pleasure to deal with! So knowledgeable, professional ,friendly and helpful. We looked at a lot of mattresses today, in many different shops, and he by far was the best salesperson. Got an absolute amazing price for our mattress, and solved a problem in a perfect way.
