Amazing service! I had a problem with a product I purchased a few years back and I was able to show what had happened. I was immediately greeted with a positive response from the sales person Alison, and the issue was resolved and I am so happy. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I am really happy with my purchases from House! I found two ramekins and two everyday kitchen knives at great prices, and the quality of the both products turned out to be excellent. The service was fantastic, making my shopping experience even better. Highly recommended!.

Could not fault the amazing service I received from the staff at Kotara today . I had a “ messy “ return that involved another store where had purchased 2 dinner sets and unfortunately did not fit in my dishwasher ! I did not catch the staff members name but suffice to say she went above and beyond to help me choose what I needed including phone calls to the other store and updating me on the situation. Thank you for your professional service !!

Just had a phone conversation with Julie at Kotara about a pan issue , she was so lovely and very helpful, cannot recommend these guys enough doesn’t matter who serves you they are all very helpful , great bunch of girls great service

The staff member was very knowledgeable and kind and instilled us with confidence in our purchase. Very happy with the purchase several weeks later.
