4 stars for amart Glendale’s staff member Rachel. Very helpful, very knowledgeable on stock and what would fit our personal preference. I’ve shopped here before and felt ripped off but today was different because of great customer service from Rachel, I’d shop here again and go to only her for my future buys because of customer satisfaction.

Best customer service experience I've had for sometime. Assistant Nya was so helpful without being pushy and super efficient. I walked in, chose a mattress, as we walked back to the checkout she had inputted my details on her tablet and was ready for checkout. Receipt emailed. Job done.

Bought furnitures for our new place. Rachel was very helpful throughout. Very affordable prices than elsewhere, for sure.

What a wonderful experience at King Newcastle, all the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely want to create a stellar experience. Clarence was exceptional in assisting us purchase our dream serenade bed, explaining in detail all the features and making us feel comfortable we were making the right decision. We walked away purchasing a beautiful new bed and dining table. Clarence’s product knowledge and friendly service was a breath of fresh air and we won’t hesitate to come back when we’re ready to add another King piece to our collection.

This place is amazing. I look straight for the desk as I enter, and walk as fast to it possible. There's a great reason for this and why I do it. I always get what I need with a very friendly customer service, I ask what I need and it's sorted right then and there. I don't like walking around this facility because I am like a big kid and think to myself I could use that or I could need that. I have taught myself to just get what your wanting first and then leave. It's like a Bunnings store to me. An amazing establishment.
