We recently bought a new CX3 from Newcastle Mazda. The service we received was A+. Daniel the salesman we dealt with was courteous and lovely to deal with. So happy with my new car it drives so smoothly. I had the option of buying my car on the Central Coast where I’m located but Newcastle Mazda could not be beaten on price and they were much less pushy in their sales approach than the dealership I had visited in my local area, which left us feeling like we had time to make the right choice for us.

You gave as a plenty of time to make our decision, we felt comfortable, you guys support us with professional knowledge and organised everything so quickly when we needed. I don't usually leave positive reviews, but these guys deserve it. Glen, Richard and Rachael were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. They spent the time with me to find the right car and treated me genuinely and personally, giving me the information I required without being pushy, rather than just trying to pitch sales to me for my money. Professionalism to a high class, will answer all questions in a timely manner, car service for a 2018 Kluger grande is timely and executed well with all concerns addressed. Unlike many other dealerships in the hunter I would recommend Newcastle Toyota to everyone and have done so in the past and will continue in the future.

Prompt efficient service and went the extra mile! I had my recalled airbag replaced in under 3 hours.
