After breaking my collarbone quite badly, I went to see Dr Creer on a Friday afternoon. With the help of his staff I was booked in for surgery the following Monday, and was back home in much better shape on Tuesday. There was no messing around. Dr Creer was direct, but friendly. His calmness and confidence at the initial review and before surgery was very reassuring. His staff have been very helpful with providing help and information whenever I have thought of questions.

From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the lovely ladies behind the reception desk, to my first meeting with Rob and onto my surgery to have my hip replacement and the subsequent visits to the rooms, I have had the best care. I also have to mention The Canberra Private Hospital at the Equinox Centre which was brilliant. I have never had such an amazing experience when having major surgery and I’ve had a lot !!! I cannot recommend Dr Rob Creer and his beautiful staff highly enough, definitely 5 stars.

Dr . Creer and his staff were excellent . Everyone was happy and friendly and the care they provided was efficient and professional at all times. They could not have been more helpful and everything was explained in detail and also provided for future reference. The opportunity to have a nerve block with my shoulder surgery gave me fantastic pain relief and I would highly recommend this procedure.Thanks again Dr. Creer and your team.

I am 3 months post ankle reconstruction with Dr Miniter and I could not recommend him enough. He was so patient and thorough with the examinations and has helped me get back to living an active lifestyle. Dr Miniter was extremely professional and kind throughout the whole process, he clearly is an extremely intelligent surgeon who pursues the best outcome for his clients. I am so grateful for my mother recommending him and the lengths he went to with my recovery.

Dr Miniter is an extremely skilled surgeon and has operated on several of my family and friends with great success. I have also seen him more than once as a patient and he has always been very courteous, informative and helpful. His nurse Helen is a delight and very experienced in her role.

Dr Lau has performed surgery on my son, wife and now me. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Lau. He is a wonderful, dedicated and truly caring surgeon, with bedside manners that many surgeons should take on board. My hip replacement went without a hitch. One month post surgery I feel great. I just had a hip replacement under the care of Dr. Lau and so happy with the result. One of the best surgeon I ever had. His caring nature and finding time to visit his patients is admirable. I had Dr Lau replace my elbow and I'm very happy with the result so if course I returned to see him for my left hip replacement. Minimal pain and 4 days after and I am having no issues. He has a very progressive outlook and an unbeatable bedside manner.adelightful.
