3 Best Podiatrists in Canberra ACT

Having had foot issues since I was a teen, I have seen several podiatrist and I found Matthew to be one of, if not, the best. I was told by another podiatrist that I needed surgery on my foot to fix my pain, my gp was not keen and sent me to Matthew for another opinion. After listening to my concerns and pain issues Matthew did a few tests and then explained what was going wrong. He did a few adjustments to my orthotics (no, he did not try and sell me some expensive new ones) and now after 4 weeks I find my pain has improved to the extend that it has pretty much gone. Best thing I ever did for my feet was go to Podiatry Professionals!

I have been a regular client of Podiatry Professionals in Braddon for some years and highly recommend them. The quality of service is exceptional and I have full confidence in their ability to identify and resolve any issues with my feet. Jake and Oliver are excellent, highly qualified and very friendly. The office staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy. Highly recommend!

Matthew is experienced, an excellent communicator and extremely caring and kind. Working with him during a stressful period he listened and encouraged me, and we have been tweaking the plan as we go. I am immensely grateful that my GP recommended him! He helped me feel confident again.

I saw Mark recently for a minor procedure. He was so gentle with his debriding, provided information on the nature of my issue and explained the procedure he was performing. He was on time so I didn't have to wait at all, and was efficient but careful in his work. Would recommend Mark to anyone.

Mark explained the reason why and where the actual pain in my foot was. He showed empathy and understanding and now i have the confidence that with his advice and treatment my problem will finally be cure after nearly 12 months of persistent treatment from other healthcare professionals.

After continually getting corns between my two small toes, I was recommended to see Dr Clayton Clews at ACT Podiatry to resolve my problem. At the first consultation, Clayton was extremely confident he could fix my problem by doing a 5th toe de-rotational arthroplasty procedure with 4th toe lateral condylectomy procedure or, scrap the bones on the inside of the two toes and cut the skin on the small toe and stitch it in a way as to rotate outwards slightly so as not rub against the 4th toe. Clayton's explanation of the procedure and confident to fixing my problem was what I needed to move forward with the operation. The post-operative care provided by Clayton was excellent as he redressed the wounds and check the healing progress. I was advised that the total healing time would take over 6 months however after 3 months I am back wearing sneakers and walking confidently. Knowing that there is still a little ways to go before my toes are good as new, I'm happy to have been under the care of Clayton to remove my corn problem. I highly recommend Dr Clayton Clews at ACT Podiatry for anyone that may suffer from corns between their toes.

I had bunionectomies on both my feet plus a tailor bunion removed on my right foot. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and osteoarthritis and also had 2 RA nodules removed. 6 months later and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Dr Clayton Clews did an outstanding job. He is both meticulous and knowledgeable. I can now walk for long distances without pain and can fit back into shoes I haven't worn for years. Many thanks also to Theresa, Dr Clew's secretary, for her caring and kind approach. I can now go overseas knowing I can walk with confidence. Thank you for my new feet.

After seeing several podiatrists and doctors and getting nowhere with pain in my toe, I finally saw Clayton and my toe nail issue is now resolved. Very impressed with his overall assessment, surgery and post-op care. Highly recommend.
