MATTHEW HOTCHKIS - PODIATRY PROFESSIONALS REVIEWS
I had a problem with my foot and was most concerned that at my age it was just arthritis. Jake undertook extensive questioning and examination and came to the conclusion that it was a form of tendonitis and that with his re-fashioning of my existing orthotics plus exercise I should be relieved of my pain. What I loved about Podiatry Professionals is that I hobbled in with a problem but left with answers and a solution. They are without doubt, excellent examples of complete Professionalism.
Was nervous about getting my toe cut, however the staff could not be more accommodating and polite. All staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. They are quick to respond and resolve my issues. I highly recommend. Team were unreal.
Matthew was fantastic. He had amazing knowledge and understanding, and got to the crux of the issue very quickly. He really helped me so much. Thank you.

I saw Mark recently for a minor procedure. He was so gentle with his debriding, provided information on the nature of my issue and explained the procedure he was performing. He was on time so I didn't have to wait at all, and was efficient but careful in his work. Would recommend Mark to anyone.
Mark was fantastic with my 4 year old son. Very calm and gentle but very informative to me about what he was doing and the outcome. Liz on the desk was beautiful, warm and welcoming. Thank you guys for a fantastic experience.

DR CLAYTON CLEWS - ACT PODIATRY REVIEWS
I had both bunions removed and a little toe straightened. Dr Clayton Clew's pre and post care was exceptional. He explained clearly what my problem was and what he proposed to correct it. He answered all my questions and allayed all my fears. One of my biggest fears was keloid scaring, but even after only 3 months the scars from the surgery are beginning to fade. Clayton called me a couple of days after surgery to ensure I understood the post-op care. When I experienced discomfort between scheduled appointments and he was away, he arranged for a colleague to see me and for his colleague to send him photos of the problem. Clayton was concerned about infection and called me to organise appropriate treatment.
Hi there, I had an infected ingrown toenail on my right big toe. Despite repeated antibiotics for nearly four months it would be clear up. My GP referred me to ACT podiatry, where I had in rooms surgery to remove the section of the infected toenail. The surgery went very well, and recovery which included follow up in rooms reviews, the toe is pain-free will look cosmetically great. The work done and in particular the ‘bedside’ work was professional, reassuring and thorough. Thank you so very much Clayton, Aaron and your fantastic support staff. I truly appreciate your work and support.
