“Dr Hodo Haxhimolla earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the Univ of New South Wales. He completed his urology and fellowship training in 2002 and obtained his specialist qualification, FRACS (Urology), in 2003. He Haxhimolla is the director of robotic surgery at the National Capital Private Hospital. He underwent a training course in robotic surgery at the leading centre at UCLA. Dr Hodo Haxhimolla has performed more than 1500 cases of minimally invasive radical prostatectomies and kidney surgeries. He also performs Avance XP and urinary sphincter procedures. Dr Hodo Haxhimolla has been leading in the diagnosis of cancer of the prostate using MRI technology, including performing in-gantry and fusion MRI-guided biopsies for accurate prostate cancer detection. He specialises in Urinary Tract Infections, Varicocele, Haematuria, and Hydrocele. He has a Clinical interest in Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms, Peyronie's Disease, and Erectile Dysfunction.
