I go to Holiday Calm twice in June & December for a Full Body Waxing & 1-hour Massage afterwards. I saw Louise she does the Full Body Waxing only. I had another Professional girl who did the 1-hour Massage on me after my Full Body Waxing, she was fantastic. Chris was the receptions, and you could ring them up on any day & get an appointment if not busy but always call them up first. Thank you again I will be back.

Holiday Calm came highly recommended as a quality spa worth the visit - this is 100% true. The team were beyond courteous and professional. I had booked a firm deep-tissue massage, and the therapist was hands-down the best masseuse I've had in my life. I cannot give higher praise to this establishment.

I had an amazing Deep Tissue Massage and on top of that I had a Facial Deluxe. The room was so relaxing with a lovely ambiance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. Thank you Holiday Calm.

I took a friend here for a relaxing day out as she has gone through so many challenges the past few years. I wanted somewhere to go that was central to the city but that also delivered on its promise of a really great spa day with the right treatments to help her unwind. I did a LOT of research and kept coming back to Sakura because of the amazing packages they offered. I booked in for both of us and we were not disappointed. Back to back treatments of bliss which were of the highest quality. The location is very central which is great for a quick day out or even an overnight stay in the city. The Lane itself is easy to find and it was all very relaxed and easy to be honest. The treatments were done back to back and so it was nearly 4 hours of full on relaxation and pampering and a complete switch off. My friend said that she has not been that relaxed in years and was still floating the next day before she had to go back to the daily grind. The staff were wonderful and the two ladies that worked with us were fantastic, very informative and always checking we were good. Loved it and we will definitely be back.

First time at Sakura Lounge and was very happy with the service provided. This place had been recommended to me by a couple of people and don't regret coming to Sakura Lounge. My therapist, Yasuyo, was lovely, made me feel comfortable and was an excellent massage therapist. Overall, extremely pleased with the experience and will be back !

The staff and masseuse were incredibly kind and considerate, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. Their attention to detail helped me completely relax and unwind. I really loved my experience in Body Freedom Spa. i availed the Pregnancy Retreat Futon massage. The place is so relaxing as soon as you enter. They offer you tea or water while you wait for your turn. The overall ambience was soothing. With my massage, I had May as my therapist and she’s great. Very accomodating, friendly, caring and attentive to what my body needed. She could feel and tell how tensed my body was and how much I really needed this R&R pamper time for myself before my baby comes. This place made it all worth it to get a massage at this stage of my pregnancy. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant. In the room where i had the massage, there were drinks and treats while I was having my foot massage/scrub. The futon was nice and warm. I will definitely come back again next time, pregnant or not, to try the other treatments they have on offer. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Hanna. She is incredibly professional and quickly identified the knots and tissue issues I had. After just two treatments, I felt a significant release of tension in my body. Unfortunately, she’s now on leave and won’t be back until 2025, and I’ll definitely miss her skilled hands! Highly recommend her if you get the chance to book with her when she returns.

My futon pregnancy massage at Body Freedom was amazing! The set up and lovely staff made the experience extremely comfortable and relaxing. As a repeat customer I always recommend Body Freedom for any massage experience, you won’t regret it.
