Ebony did great job with my waxing and manicure. She also opened the back door for my sleeping baby in pram, which was very much appreciated. Nice atmosphere in salon. I picked up Rubi Wax&Beauty based on google reviews and can highly recommend now myself.

I attended for a half leg wax and eyebrow tidy. This was my first visit to the salon and I was very impressed. The salon is bright, airy and clean. The staff, although busy, were extremely welcoming. I have booked for eyelash extensions and am seriously looking forward to my appointments.

Professional and lovely staff! My spray tan was applied evenly and developed into a beautiful and natural colour. Such a gorgeous little gem in Ballarat! I couldn't recommend more highly.

I found it so easy to book an appointment over the phone. My call was answered with a bubbly and informative call taker. The costs associated with my treatment were explained and the process of a reminder text. I received a text with a short pre treatment questionnaire about my current facial routine, concerns and what my expectations were from the treatment. There was on street parking, clean and bright environment. Pleasantly greeted on arrival. The services I received were a wholistic information gathering about my current skin routine, health, wellbeing and medications before I had an eyebrow wax and tint then a very relaxing hour facial that encompasses neck, shoulders and head massage and Devine smelling cleansers, toners, masks, peel and warm comfy treatment lounge followed by a hot herbal tea and a debrief of my skin after treatment and recommendations of additional products to encompass into my new routine.

Jacquie was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The facial was excellent and the tea and treat at the end is such a kind touch. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and was very kind. Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to go back. Kayla. Xx
