We cannot thank Bonnie enough for everything she did to make our special day possible. When we were initially planning our wedding, that a wedding coordinator was necessary. Bonnie was the first to come to mind and we are so glad and grateful for this. Bonnie provided so much support, not only on our day, but the many days leading up to it. She answered the many panicked text messaged with calm and consideration. Bonnie had exceptional communication with our vendors, and all of our vendors spoke so highly of her professionalism, communication and coordination. Bonnie is not only amazing at her job, she is so kind and fun, approachable, reliable, and knowledgeable. Bonnie is absolutely incredible at what she does. We are so grateful to have had her help and support in the lead up and on the day of our wedding! She helped with ideas, site visits, making sure we had everything we needed, creating our run sheet, coordinated with all of our vendors and helped run the day so smoothly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. It poured rain our whole wedding day and it was still the most incredible day of our lives! She made sure our backup plan worked for us and that everything still looked perfect. We could not thank you enough Bon, you eased so much of our stress and we are so blessed to have had you as part of our day.

Bonnie was an absolute delight. For a process that should have been stressful, it simply wasn’t. From the organisational help, along with her knowledge of caterers, the lead up felt like a breeze. On the wedding day we would have been lost without her - It’s crazy how many different things need organising, but she was on top of it all, even making a late night trip to get more champagne when we ran out! She was absolutely perfect for what we needed, and to top it all of, she is such a delight of a person. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

All Ballarat brides need Lauran in their life!! When my husband and I decided that we were going to an off the grid wedding we knew it was going to be a big task! Lauran was amazing in the lead up to the day making sure all our suppliers were connected and that we had all the boxes ticked. Lauran helped us create a timeline for the day that worked for us as we didn’t want to feel rushed and for the day to go by too quickly. On the day, Lauran made sure all the suppliers were ready to go, checked in on us throughout the morning with regular updates and check ins. I am still in shock that we were able to pull it off – the day was PERFECT! I would 100% recommend Lauran to all brides.

Couldnt of asked for a better job. Lauran made the day run perfectly and both ceremony and reception looked amazing. Her choices on the layout of the reception venue created such a great atmosphere where everyone could relax, socialise, dance and move around with no difficulty. Thanks again Lauran we would 100% recommend as there is so much going on in the day where you just dont have time to think about and having lauran around really gave us a sense of ease knowing things were and could get sorted.

Hiring Melissa to coordinate our wedding was the best decision we made – for the entire wedding. Melissa is such a genuinely warm person and we immediately felt at ease when she walked through the door on the day of our wedding. Nothing was too big or small for her to handle and we cannot fault her professionalism or attention to detail. Not to mention, she attended our rehearsal the night before the wedding and thank goodness she did! We would have been lost without her invaluable input and knowledge. Our wedding was an absolute dream thanks to Melissa and we can’t speak more highly of her.

Amazing Event Manager and Event Stylist. I could rest easy as we hired Lauren for our wedding in a stressful time during covid. Lauren was more then happy to help with everything we asked. Our day went flawless and we couldn't have done it with out her and her team.
