Great people and great service. Phil, Sam and the guys from Cyclescape do a great job servicing, sales and general assistance, wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always willing give you some sound advice and up for a chat.

I have had services done here of an ebike and the attention to detail and the quality are brilliant. It's small and the money is spent locally. This is a great spot for sales and repairs from friendly knowledgeable people.

Best experience I've had purchasing anything of late. Very knowledgeable. Checked over the whole bike before I left to make sure everything was perfect for my boys first bike.

Outstanding customer service, and knowledgeable friendly staff. I have been three times now, and each time I leave impressed. I purchased a back bike rack for a bike with disc brakes, and a tail light - both times they were also fitted free of charge. When unfamiliar disc brake mishaps stumped me, they not only fixed it free of charge but showed me how to fix them in the future without being condescending. Best bike shop I've ever been to.

I showed up at 10.30am on a Saturday and the team there (I'm so sorry, forgot your name, I've a head like a sieve) immediately diagnosed a seized wheel hub (an absolute nightmare) and had it fixed, using components from another wheel in the shop, in just under an hour. Absolutely saved the day and were bloody lovely too. Cannot thank and recommend them enough, absolute legends.

Came in with a minor issue after removalists were a bit rough on one of my bikes. Fixed the issue, adjusted the brakes free of charge and I was able to get out on my bike. Very happy.
