I just want to publicly share my experiences with 99 bikes Joondalup. Have only been a member less than 6months but the workshop service on that day was outstanding. With my first service I was blown away with Daniels expertise. So friendly, patient, took time to explain everything he was going to do. Same service when I came back to pickup my bike, more explanations and suggestions of simple things I should do to maintain the work he did. A couple of days ago I had to go back to get help as I had trouble replacing my front wheel. Kian came out to the car, put my wheel on,spent a great deal of time with me showing me different ways on how to do it, tips on how to make it easy. So knowledgeable, was a joy talking to him, so friendly and really knows bikes. A truly lovely young man. Best customer service from these two young men. I recommend this store whenever I get the chance.

Dean, what a star you are!! Rung Dean regarding a front wheel for a bike I couldn't attach and he said bring it down and I'll try help. Came to see Dean and he was able to fix my issue within a few minutes... he fixed the bike and made a 3 year olds birthday even better as she was able to ride her bike. Dean what a great help you were and a life saver... can't thank you enough mate. Great customer service.

Booked in my beloved road bike to be fixed as my rear derailleur was not working. Kian the mechanic was amazing and explained everything he was going to do when I dropped the bike off. I also opted for a Standard+ service. A few hours later it was ready to be picked up and the bike looked like new. Very happy and can definitely recommend 99 bikes.

Had an amazing experience with Matt from trek Joondalup. From the minute we walked in to find a bike Matt was very welcoming, down to earth and easy to talk with. Very genuine salesman with a caring nature that makes feel confident with your purchase. The service at trek joondalup is next to none and we will definitely be back for any of our cycling needs.
