I visited this place when I was in Canberra. I needed to send some of the documents to my country in an express way,but it didn't happen and took like 3 to 4 days but the reception staff was so helpful and tried to help me.

Polite helpful and answered quickly. So pleasant to deal with especially when compared to the govt. owned service who generally do not answer the phone or offer a call back system and in my experience do very little to find items they have lost

Excellent customer service. DHL attempted to deliver important documents on three separate occasions and at the end they had to deliver to a different home address at no extra cost.
