Level Plumbing [in the first instance, Will] attended to a same-day emergency issue at my home and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. At my request, James returned a few days later to install new bathroom taps, repair a leaky toilet cistern, and replace tap washers. The service was comprehensive and all this work was carried out diligently and to my great satisfaction. Everything works perfectly. Thanks to the guys at Level Plumbing. Thoroughly recommended. Needed a plumber and LEVEL Plumbing had done a maildrop the day before, so called and they fitted me in that same day. James was delayed and Nicole called to let me know which was considerate. When James arrived he was professional and friendly and got to work and cleared the drains and explained what needed to be done etc. He also showed me where the riser was (something I have never known). There was a miscommunication re the bill but the helpful staff sorted it out very quickly. Will definitely call again when I next need a plumber. - Angelika M Reply

I had a leaking electric hot water system, completed an online form, and had the lovely Joseph expertly respond to arrange a time for a technician. Liam came on time and was very knowledgeable, including explaining the issue and repair in a way that I understood. He was able to quote and repair on the spot using the mobile workshop/van he arrived in. Highly recommended!
