Very helpful staff there who who made my task to return an item on this occassion, back to Amazon a quick and easy experience to complete. You just can't wander in without knocking on door so you will have an experienced service personnel at the ready to help when you are let in. Knew exactly what to do. Less than 3 minutes all done. Had a great experience with National Storage - helped me with understanding the most appropriate storage for my needs, and the facilities were clean and user friendly.

Very large facility, well organised, fairly priced and staff were friendly and accommodating in every way.

The day we moved our daughters belongings in was a really tough day, and Michael made a huge difference to our day. The process was very easy and the price was very affordable, & value for money. The facilities are very clean and easy to access I would definitely recommend this company.

Storage King Mitchell were excellent - explained everything, provided me with a padlock after mine was too big for the lock, and I felt very well Looked after.
