This is the first time I have used The Ginger Beard Repair Service and I would highly recommend them. The booking process was very easy to use and I was kept updated on the status of parts that needed to be ordered. We had 3 appliances repaired and the technician, Jessica, was punctual and very efficient. She also tested and explained the repairs clearly.

I had the delight of having Benjamin come and have a look at my fridge. Cannot recommend him enough. He was incredibly lovely, professional and communicated each step of the process really well. He went above and beyond in the service and in the end fixed my fridge for me. I ended up needing two visits, and the second one was no additional charge. I am exceptionally happy with the service I received. I'd definitely recommend booking through the website rather than over the phone.

Jessica Robertson repaired my dryer. Literally. My mind is blown. No-one fixes appliances in this day and age. It is a welcome change. Thank you!

Warranty repair, great service all the way through. On time to the job 20 minutes call before turning up. Very friendly staff, and quick repair, easy book in progress on line. Highly recommend.

Wow. Excellent quick service from the online appliance spares website. Really well set out website, easy purchase process and quick despatch and delivery. So impressed.

This review is purely for customer service as we managed to fix the problem. However the team booked us in quickly, and very kindly accepted our cancellation with short notice. Thank you very much! We will definitely consider them again if we have any future problem.

Peter was fantastic and I would 100% recommend. Fixed my dryer promptly after knowing the issue almost immediately on my initial phone call with him. We unfortunately didn’t get the result we wanted with the dishwasher as it’s super old and to fix the electrical part just wouldn’t be worth the money, but I really appreciated his honesty and advice on that one so thanks so much Peter!

I called Peter based off Google search. Had a quick chat to him over the phone about my dishwasher with an error code. He was PHENOMENAL! He helped me out over the phone even though he would not financially benefit from it. As someone who does not specialise in appliances, he only wanted to help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I would absolutely use him if my appliances in the future needs repair!!! Thank you Peter!!!

Peter was really excellent! Was transparent over the phone about what the issue may have been with my washing machine and the differing costs associated. He came within the times he said and was efficient at finding the issue at hand and fixing it! Highly recommend!
