We can highly recommend Crawford’s Computer Services and in particular their technician, Ben, for the professional and courteous manner in which he carried out an annual Service on our two computers. He was very helpful and efficiently diagnosed and fixed what needed to be done and addressed other questions we raised. We have been dealing with Crawfords for five years now and have always found their services to be excellent.

Ben arrivedon time and carried out a thorough update of our computer. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and resolved all issues - including our phones! Would thoroughly recommend this company as they will service your computer at your home.

Popped in today to get some diagnostics on my laptop fully expecting it to be broken - thankfully they were able to get it back on its feet and working again! fantastic customer service, friendly staff, very professional and swift service and gave me some great advice on how to do some maintenance myself - would 100% recommend, thanks so much for your help.

Simply brilliant customer service. Head technician Cody promptly assessed the problem in my laptop, proposed a solution, and did not charge! That is old fashioned service. What a wonderful team. Go see them and keep them going here in Canberra.

Cliff and his team at Fairstar fixed in a matter of minutes the email access problems that I'd been struggling with for days. And for a more-than-reasonable price. They have helped me on a number of occasions - definitely my go-to to fix computer problems.

Had an issue with a faulty power supply, rang up and had someone come out that same day- quickly diagnosed the problem, tested a new power supply and took my PC to replace it. Had it back within a few days working perfectly, very reasonable prices for the services, especially since they come to your home. Had the technician Mark who was lovely and very transparent throughout the whole process. Will absolutely use again.

Had a hard drive failure and Canberra Computer Doctors replaced the hard drive without any loss of data and returned my laptop within 28 hours of collecting it. Laptop has never worked so well. Very highly recommended for speed of repair and professionalism.

Very impressed with the service provided. Gary arrived spot on time and the appointment was only 2 hours after I first contacted CCD. He was friendly, efficient and very patient and also explained things as he rectified issues. I am very happy with the outcome and the value for money.
