I was very impressed with the service provided by David from Crawford's Mobile Computer Service. He came to my home quickly to fix my email problems with my desktop computer - much better than having to put it in a suitcase and take it somewhere. He not only fixed my immediate problems but he was able to come up with a long term solution for my Microsoft PC set up I am very pleased to have discovered him.

I recently had my laptop repaired, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. They communicated clearly especially Cody he is an amazing guy and completed the repairs efficiently. Was my first time and found these guys through google search, highly recommend.

I am happy to report that the service from Australian Computer Doctors, and from the technician Sasha in particular, was excellent. Sacha arrived on time, he listened to my layman’s explanation of the problem and most importantly, then reviewed the error messages that I had received And taken screenshots of, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem promptly. I now have my laptop back! In addition, Sasha recommended strategies that would increase, the speed of our service, I would have no hesitation in recommending Australia Computer Doctors to anyone who might require their services.

Working from home, I don't have an IT helpdesk that I can call on when I have technical problems with my computer. After many frustrating hours trying to resolve an internet issue, I contacted CCD and to my surprise, I had a technician come to my house and resolve the issue within 3 hours. The payment I made to CCD was much cheaper than my many hours lost trying to resolve the problem. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitations calling CCD again.
