We had a scare with a new property that showed pest damage that wasn't in the building and pest report we had done before contract exchange. Flick Canberra were able to get someone out to us very quickly, and Ben was very helpful in giving the house and garden a thorough inspection, allaying fears of a major structural issue. He mapped out a management plan for us, was extremely courteous and communicated clearly. Very happy with the service from Ben.

Flick have completed termite inspections over the past few years for me. Booking an appointment was easy over the phone. The technician, Anthony, arrived as expected. He completed a thorough inspection & advice on what to do when required. A full written report was provided via email. Anthony & Flick provided good service.
