I had a charging port issue with my phone. Rather than change the port they cleaned it, which fixed the issue within 15 mins for a well spent $30. Much better service than PTC who booked me in then told me it would take over a week to order the part in and didn't even suggest a clean.

Service was really great, person helping was patient, generous with his time and gave me expert advice, can't recommend this place highly enough and overall just a great experience. by far the best phone repairs in Woden and anyone reading this should 100% choose their shop for repairs on all their devices.

I highly recommend this Mobile Experts kiosk. 10 out of 10 We have used Mobile Experts on numerous occasions. All with great outcomes. From screen protectors and mobile covers to phone batteries. Today we took 2 iPads down. One needed a new battery and one had part of the charger stuck in the charging port. We were again not disappointed with the service. The young man was really helpful and knowledgeable. He gave a quote for the battery replacement and removed the cable part from the charging port for free.

The service that I have just received from these guys was second to none! They explained so much info about new phones that I was not even aware of. They have 30 percent off their 3rd item at the moment so great saving there. Last but not least the boys were so friendly and happy to explain all the info I needed to know. Just a great sales team!

Very good services. One of their staff member change my phone screen protector for free. I offered some money but he refused. I can see why they have good reviews.
