My Nanna absolutely raves about the lovely customer service provided by the team at this salon. If dogs could talk we are also sure Nanna's dog Livy would rave about them also. Not only does Livy look and smell amazing when she leaves, its a dogs day out for her. The team even run her home if there is bad weather due to Nanna not having transport. We can not thank you enough.

Absolutely amazing I had a shar pei with a skin condition a few years ago and with recommendations from Carmen the products cleared it all up and now my Rottweiler who absolutely hate baths came out smiling and with a silky smooth clean coat they are the absolute best.

They been clipping the nails on ourJakabee for while now, very good service and friendly staff. Always willing to do it when I just rock up and ask Thanks.

Harry, my 5 month old (very talkative) Samoyed puppy, went for his first groom. It was the first time I’d ever left him with ‘strangers’, so I was a little nervous. But as soon as I arrived, I knew Harry was in good hands & my concerns were allayed and the team contacted me an hour later to say he was ready to go whenever I was ready to collect him! I could hear him barking from the street, haha. But the team were not worried and said they’d happily have him again. Thanks guys, he looks very lovely Harry was extremely relaxed afterwards.

So accommodating to my dog who was very nervous about having her nails clipped. They were so calm and my dog didn’t even realize what was happening!
