Great service and very good selection of bed mattresses and frames. I was searching for a particular bed frame and found it at Bedshed Ballarat. The prices are also good to compare to other shops in Ballarat. I was so happy with our new gas lift bed frame ( which has amazing storage underneath), that I came back to purchase second one for our child's room. We also bought a new mattress, because they had a great deal at the shop. The shop also offers delivery to rural areas at a reasonable price. The driver even helped me to place the new mattress on a bed. Thank you Bedshed Ballarat and the team.

Excellent store to deal with, from beginning to end. Friendly, helpful staff who allowed us to wander around at our own pace. We bought a King size bed base and headboard and were given an amazing deal as it was last one. We didn't need it for a few weeks, and Bedshed happily stored it for us, no problems, then delivered it to us an hour away, on the date and exact time we requested. Great old fashioned service with a smile. Will not hesitate to head straight back to Bedshed in future. 5 stars.

My Partner and I went into Snooze Wendouree looking to purchase our first ever brand new mattress, we had no clue on how to decide which mattress would be the right one for us but we were greeted by Kasey and she helped us find a mattress best suited to both our bodies and the way we sleep by using the automated snooze bed. A few days later we bought the mattress and also a mattress protector. We had an amazing experience with Snooze Wendouree and will certainly be back to purchase an adjustable base. A big Shout-out to Kasey for being so helpful.

Emma and Kasey are fantastic and helpful, can’t do enough , their knowledge is unbeatable. However my only problem was with Phil, he seems to think he has the knowledge to offer personal and medical advice . I went in to buy a bed , not to be given this kind of advice , it left me feeling underwhelmed , he attended to us twice , unfortunately I feel this was two times to many .My advice to you Phil is , just sell beds , that’s what we come in for . Thanks girls you do a mighty job.

The friendliness and high quality customer service from the team at Wendouree Snooze was incredible. Buying a new pillow is daunting but Jordan took me through all of the pillows so I could test them and find the correct one. Her colleague Kasey was also a delight! Great service and thanks to Jordan and Casey. I will be back when I need a new bed for sure! I can’t wait for a good sleep.

Had a great experience at forty winks this week. After suffering over a year with one of those box mattresses that was like laying on concrete, I went to forty winks as they had the "everything price of a single" sale. I experienced wonderful customer service and had the mattress delivered with no problem. They also have the special program you can use to help you find which mattresses suits your body! Highly recommend if you're looking for a mattress in the Ballarat area.
