Absolutely fantastic service. Had heard all the ads, and the moment I broke down, the first thing I thought of was "I want Barry!", sure enough a quick phone call and a tow truck was there in under 20 mins. The experience from calling, through to recovery and delivery to the mechanic was fantastic.

Just had my car repaired by the team. Amazing service, was kept up to date every step of the way and the job was done in 2 days and the work done was of an amazing standard and my car was even detailed when I picked it up. Very positive experience and highly recommended.

This company was awesome, they were honest, punctual and professional I would highly recommend them to any one Michelle the receptionist was so helpful. The driver went out of his way.

I bought a car from auction and it was in their lot that I had to collect it from. They were SO HELPFUL with helping me to get it sorted to be sent to Qld. They changed a flat tire with the spare, checked all the water and oil ect and jump started it to make sure it ran and could be driven on the transport truck (which saved me time and money). I called a number of times and everyone I spoke to was nothing but helpful. Would recommend using them!!

Dylan at Ballarat Towing was amazing! He visited a non starting vehicle with his large flatbed tow truck and actually made a diagnosis and got the vehicle started! Hence he missed out on a towing contract! Dylan then followed the car to the dealership for repairs in case the car broke down en route! This displayed advanced and ethical annd amazing service for the owners! Well done Dylan!
