I had an amazing experience at Fantastic furniture. Even though the store closes at 5 pm on Sundays, Toni went above and beyond by staying back to assist us. She helped us sort through furniture options, check stock, and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. Toni's calm and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free. It's rare to find such great customer service, and I really appreciate her dedication. Highly recommend this store for both the quality of furniture and exceptional service.

Extremely happy with the service received at the Ballarat Store! Our 3 seater Dolan in Nappa Denim was an awesome choice aided by very patient staff (took us 2 hours) Once it arrived we realised the two seater would be too much for our space so exchanged for the armchair as that sofa was still on the way....the whole process was seamless. Very impressed :-)

Absolutely loved my experience here. I went in to enquire about a couch and I can be a little bit fussy. Was told there was a wait time of 20 weeks for custom. The young man who was helping me did some research and found that the exact style and colouring I was customising was coming out in a few weeks. He saved me lots of time sitting on the floor and a lot of stress! Couch came within timeframe and I’m in love!

The Ballarat Store were excellent to deal with, they were not pushy and gave us lots of space to look at things and were prompt in processing our order. The delivery process was easy and very good we can’t wait to set up our new furniture in our new home
