My 7.5 month old daughter has recently started attending Jenny’s ELC Soldiers Hill. Despite my anxiety about my daughter starting I felt supported by Nikki and the team at the centre in ensuring she would be fine. The communication was amazing allowing me to be at ease knowing she was fine. My 2.5 year old son also attends the daycare and he loves going to see his friends and play! He absolutely loves all the staff there. Most importantly all the staff (no matter what room) are all inviting and friendly to the families! Definitely recommend for anyone needing care for their children.

We love Milestones! The educators and management have been nothing short of amazing in the 2 years we’ve been sending our kids here. You can tell they really care about the kids and go above and beyond. The special events around holidays are really nice and the daily menu is impressive. I know my little ones are always in good hands here.

This centre has completely changed my son’s world. From development, to easier drops off.. they go above and beyond for the children in their centre. Could not recommend this centre enough.

I am a first time mum and was naturally nervous to send my LO to child care. Kellie and the staff warmly eased my LO into drop offs. They used gentle techniques to get my LO comfortable such as diverting my LO’s attention by helping with tasks. The staff positively interact with the kids. We are very pleased with Village and cannot speak more highly of them.

Wonderful, caring staff. A beautiful new & safe building. My son is so happy there.

What an absolute fantastic centre for both the children and their families to be apart of ! I’ve been lucky enough to do my diploma placement here over the past 2 weeks and I’ve learnt so much from the amazing educators and of course beautiful babies and children !.

Since starting my daughter in the Nursery last December I have been very impressed with the level of care they have offered her. The ladies in the Nursery are always honest with me when I ask how my daughters day has been, which I do truly appreciate and it helps us at home so much. They are accommodating to each childs individual needs, always there to give handover and if they aren't then they pass on any messages without fail. Such a lovely place.

The Ballarat East Journey ELC has been the most wonderful centre, the staff are experienced and professional, and have provided top notch care for my daughter, who was lucky enough to start out in the nursery. The centre itself is beautiful, and the wonderful chef Leonie prepares the best food which the kids love! The educators go above and beyond to provide engaging learning experiences. We have been really happy to be a part of the Journey community.

Amazing centre both in regards to its facilities and staff. My girls absolutely love the yard and the resources in their room. Communication to families exceeds expectations with a large focus on child lead activities linking directly to learning outcomes. Educators are well trained and experienced and clearly love their job. Management are friendly, approachable and all across policy and the needs of each child. Absolutely love the chef Leonie as well, I got a call from her a week before my girls had even started to check their dietary requirements!! So glad we made the change to this centre.
