Amazing place, If you have an eye for good value, treasures aren't very far from your hands. I bought a fully functional apple pencil from here for 75. The first time I went there, I just needed a watch with stopwatch and timer functionality. I got a chinese smartwatcg instead for just 2 dollars! It is still functioning! Would strongly recommend but always know the market before you buy cause you might end up with a bad deal as well. I have heard that sometimes they are willing to negotiate, but in my case, the deals were so good that there wasn't a room for negotiation.

Called to enquire about a TV for my children. Jessie was absolutely lovely and super helpful. She didn't just help over the phone but was wonderful instore as well and seen that she sore to me personally. Incredible old school customer service, decent pricing and a great shopping experience.

Fantastic customer service and huge range of products too. Dylan and Lee were absolutely outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend 5 stars.

A very nice team, it was my first time in a pawn shop and wanted to return a Gameboy because I don't use it on my travels, the team was very friendly and helpful, they showed and explained everything to me which I found very great, in addition to a great price I also got a great conversation and met three great people, thanks for this experience. Big thanks to the boys at Ballarat Pawn shop. I live 90km away and wasnt able to reach the store by closing time so they were kind enough to wait an hour after closing for me to arrive which is unheard of by most businesses these days. They gave me a great deal on a console i was after and made the trip well worth it. Great variety in store, amazing customer service and very fair prices. Highly recommend.
