FISH FRENZY REVIEWS

The Mog Champ sends his regards. We heard great things about the fish and chips near the wharf and fish frenzy came up as a popular recommendation. We ordered the Fish Frenzy, which is probably their most popular item. Came with scallops, calamari, fish and chips. It was delicious and was the best meal of the day despite it being for lunch. We split it between the two of us and was satisfied. Service was fast and the place was clean. Thanks for the seafood Fish Frenzy.

Let me tell you…. If you are coeliac and would like to enjoy gluten free Fish and Chips come to this amazing restaurant!!! The gluten free battered fish was just incredibly delicious, crispy and scrumptious!!! Thank you for making my dream come true.

An absolute wonderful experience for a late lunch having just flown in from interstate. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the food and wine were amazing. And the best tartare sauce I've ever eaten. Thank you. Can't wait to come back again.

Tasmanian salmon(grilled) & chips tasted soooo good! The quantity was adequate, not too much not too small, and the salmon was superb. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was very cozy, which I instantly liked it.

Top three restaurants in Tasmania for me! Grilled Tasmanian salmon is awesome. Battered fish is great too. Their French fries, fried calamari/scallops, and sauces are delicious. We had take out from them two nights in a row. After trying it the first time, I told my husband that nothing else interests me for the second dinner, so we came back to this place. Sadly no pictures: we ate too fast both times... I would have given them 10 stars if I would be able to.

Was impressed with the quality of their food. Cooked fresh, not oily at all. Snack pack was a decent serving of cutlets, scallops, calamari & white fish. They were in a busy lunch rush and we only had to wait about 15min. They have salt & sauces on the pick up counter so you can do it for yourself which is a big plus.

Had the fisherman's basket for one and it was delicious. Crunchy chips exactly as i like them and a mix of seafood so fresh! Price was great value. Everything was perfect. Oh and the tartare sauce they make in house was so light and delicious i wanted to bottle it up and take it home.

Had a great experience here. The last time we were here was about 17 years ago. I can’t remember which business we patronised last time but we did have fish and chips then too.

The fish was beautiful, crispy skin with moist flakes on the inside. Service was great. Nice little spot to sit around the back and look out onto the water. Very quiet.
