I came from England 18 years ago, which Indian cuisine is our national dish and Sapphire has to be the best Indian I have been to I Australia. From the Chef, the Owner, to the staff, to the ambience. They have nailed it. Quality all round. Which is very rarely witnessed and very difficult to achieve!

Both times we have been at Sapphire the food has been lovely - spicy and tender. The wait staff were very attentive and catered thoughtfully to my lactose intolerance. The restaurant also very feels comfortable and relaxed , while you can also feel like you having a real night out.

An authentic Indian experience with some of the most flavoursome curry dishes I have tried! A decently sized menu with plenty of meals to pick from which will leave you feeling full. The lamb madras is a must try. Great customer service at an affordable price!

This place is a must-visit! The food is incredible—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The non-veg options are outstanding, especially the Butter Chicken and Lamb Rogan Josh. The staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. One of the best Indian dining experiences in Newcastle. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious! The butter chicken is the type that if you were showing someone butter chicken for the first time you'd want it to taste like that! The naans are perfect. The Saagwala Lamb was sooo good!

The food was delicious and soooo much of it, the service was ok and the restaurant was lovely.

Raj's corer is such a wonderful and friendly place! We love buying some of our favorite curry for an easy and delicious dinner. Our son loves cheese naan so we go there at least 2 times a week to buy it. And I should mention that they have the most delicious Indian chai for everyone to try! All people who work there are very friendly and nice! Highly recommended!

Raj's has always been my go to place for Indian food ever since I moved to Newcastle. The food is authentic indian as it can be. They have a wide variety of curries and snacks. The food is fairly priced. The staff is very polite and professional.

Absolutely wonderful meal. Hot, fresh and authentic. A great range of vegetarian options and gluten free. I'm never disappointed when I eat here. Dine in or take away.
