I’ve been coming here for 14yrs and every time it’s a delightful experience. Staff are very kind and treat us like royalty. Very calming tranquil atmosphere with river views. Food is outstanding quality. The freshest tastiest seafood I’ve had. The set menus are a perfect way to enjoy everything on offer and they’re skilfully crafted. I do miss the lunch bentos, but you can’t fault anything you try on the menu. Thank you again for another great experience, already looking forward to my next visit.

Always love a meal at Sono. We were able to sit in one of the tatami rooms and enjoyed the Zen ten course tasting menu with the sake and mocktail pairing. Divine food and drinks and a great way to try so many options. Highly recommend.

We had the Zen tasting menu and enjoyed it. The seafood dishes are very fresh and the beef is well seasoned. It was a fun experience grilling the wagyu beef dish and the dessert was lovely. The atmosphere is very nice, although there were lots of diners it wasn’t loud and was actually relaxing. There is a view of the river. There is parking around the area, we got lucky to get a free spot for our 8:15 seating. We did start 15 mins late, but staff are very nice and attentive. Will definitely come back.

The food tasted amazing. The people here were so nice and service was great. Would definitely recommend to come ?? My favorite dishes were the pork gyoza and pork kakuni.

We were there at dinner time to try the fancy dessert which they made it fresh at the table, it was very nice and fun also beef tartare was awesome too. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Be back for sure.

We came here back in March for the collab with the famous omurice lady! It was particularly busy during that period due to her collab, so reservations were necessary. The staff were all very friendly but they were so busy that they couldn’t really tend to you as there was a bit too many patrons vs staff. We ended up having to wait for half the meal before we got water.

Yoko on the water was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the service was impeccable — friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was exceptional, with every dish full of flavour and beautifully presented. The karaage chicken was the highlight dish of the night, some of the best I’ve had. It was cooked to perfection. The quality and attention to detail truly blew us away. Combined with the stunning riverside setting, it made for an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend Yoko for anyone looking for top-tier food and service in Brisbane! Will definitely be back.

Our family celebrated my 60th birthday at Yoko. It was memorable, delicious and beautiful. Each one of us loved the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the service, the decor and ambience. You made me feel very special.

Amazing food. Had the big banquet for 2. Delicious doesn't begin to describe it. Annie was an amazing host and explained everything on each plate to us. Fantastic time, highly recommend.
