3 Best Seafood Restaurants in Hobart TAS

This place is simply amazing and a must visit in Hobart. It's better to make reservation as it's always full... Was lucky to get a table for 4 walking in. The food here is 1 of the best I had in Hobart especially the Oysters, fresh and creamy. Had the fried squid and it is delicious. The price is slightly higher but totally worth it. Good selection of beer and wine too! The ship theme is absolutely gorgeous and great for photo and SM.

Food was really good. Did the oyster shooters and it was perfect way to kick off the night. Love the staffs who were really attentive and funny. Wine selection was good. Love the decorations, it’s not your normal “fine-dining” vibe. It has character and that is a perfect fit for our trip.

This is a must do in Hobart!! But you have to book. The atmosphere and the stuff, all the stuff is fabulous in the restaurant. Do yourself a favour and have the seafood chowder, delicious! Cocktails were great, oyster shots were great, really! Staff fantastic.

What a fabulous meal and experience at Mures. The service staff was so accommodating, friendly, quick with service and the food was impeccable. So many wonderful flavours and choices. Plating, as you can see in the photos was exquisite.

Great food! Amazing seafood Service was great and staff super attentive. The atmosphere here is lovely also, with great views. We really enjoyed our dinning experience here.

Food was great. Oyster was so fresh that we kept ordering more. The view from our table was great as well. It gave me a really good impression of how wonderful my Tasmania trip would be.

Came here straight from the airport after finding the restaurant on google and we were not disappointed. It was a week night and the sun was still high in the late arvo so of course we had to go with the oyster happy hours. We didn't make the record for oysters consumed (128 shared between a father and son) but we delighted in yummy, fresh oysters, with delicious Tasmanian sparkling as an aperitif in the late afternoon. We're glad we came.

Usually this place is hard to get into . I guess we lucked out. Service was friendly and non intrusive. Food and wine was really good. Oysters and scallops steak and tempura prawns. Trout dip all excellent.

We went there for dinner and loved the food so much we came back the next day to try other dishes on the menu. Was not disappointed at all. Food is amazing, service was also wonderful. Between the 4 of us, we did cover a few dishes. Highly recommend that Seafood Pasta and the Mixed Grill. I definitely would eat here again the next time I am in Hobart. Highly recommended.
