3 Best Vietnamese Restaurants in Hobart TAS

Best Vietnamese (not fancy) restaurant in Hobart. Food is tasty and fresh, quick service and friendly staff. Good price too. My favourite is lemongrass beef banh mi, I also recommend barbecue chicken banh mi and lemongrass beef rice paper rolls. Soooo delicious!!

Yummy Vietnamese food at a good price. Ingredients were fresh and everything was very tasty. It does get busy at lunch time but they're efficient with service so you can usually find a place to sit. Highly recommend the vermicelli noodle bowl with lemongrass beef.

I'm from Sydney so I'm spoilt for choices when it comes to Vietnamese food. I decided to try this place out while visiting Hobart. Really good broth not too sweet or salty just right to add whatever flavours you prefer to really make it to your own liking. Good sizeable chunk of oxtail and beef brisket, very filling and satisfying. Would definitely come back if I'm the area again.

One of the highlights of our detour to Hobart. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine, fantastic friendly service. Incredible value for money and cute old Tasmanian building charm. Looking foward to our next visit.

We were here a year ago we had to cone back. Even though only in Hobart for the day we made a beeline straight here. Friendly staff and delicious food.

Loved both our meals. We had the tempura soft shell crab with salad, it was devine and lovely and crispy we also shared a scallop and vegetable dish. Both delish!

One of the best places in tasmania for Vietnamese food. Every meal we took was completely outstanding. I would extremely recommend this restaurant :) I would rate a 10/5!! We really enjoyed.

My son told me about the super Vietnamese pancakes and he was right. He got the chicken one and I got the pork which I preferred. They give you rice papers, which you wet and then roll up with filling. Great for the kinaesthetic learners. Very friendly service. Don't be fooled by the basic furniture and decor- this is the real deal Viet food.

We wanted a cheap mid-week meal out and this was just the ticket. The decor isn't great but the place was packed when we arrived - so we knew the food would be good. We placed our order and within 10 minutes it was before us. Absolutely delicious and generous portions too. Definitely recommendable.
