Sushi Track at Hobart Pier is a five-star experience that will leave your senses satisfied. The impeccable yet concise lunch I stumbled upon was a symphony of flavors and textures.The Kriin beer perfectly complemented the plate of oysters and crispy Karagge chicken. Each bite was a delight, and the minimalistic approach only added to the elegance of the meal. I was thoroughly impressed and cannot wait to return to Sushi Track for another unforgettable dining experience.

As avid sushi lovers this is the best we’ve ever had!! Japanese is our favourite cuisine and this place exceeded our expectations. Amazing food, service and atmosphere - can’t wait for next time! When looking for delicious ramen and Japanese food in Hobart, look no further. This family-ran restaurant is cozy and has amazing food. The ramen is really delicious and has great flavours. I do recommend to make a reservation, as they get busy in the evenings.

Absolutely loved our visit to Komatsu Japanese Cuisine in Hobart. The sushi rolls were fresh and beautifully presented, the sashimi was delicate and fresh tasting, and the black garlic ramen was one of the best I’ve ever had, with noodles that were perfectly firm yet tender. Great quality, highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal food and atmosphere. Very quiet, especially for on a main road. All the food is definitely worth the money. I especially liked that it was clear the staff were enjoying themselves too while we were eating, they were talking and laughing with eachother and doing other tasks which was super nice to see. Again though, truly cannot understate how good the food was.

Absolutely delicious and high quality japenese located in Hobart. Menu had a wide variety of all different things to choose from. Can recommend their salmon zukushi set which came with fresh nigiri, sashimi and sushi rolls, definitely worth the price. The Kaisen Chirashi Sushi bowl is also a must if you're a seafood lover! Staff are lovely and very attentive. Also was a lovely selection of drinks to choose from.

An authentic Japanese restaurant with amazing food! The staff are always so kind and welcoming. I love everything on the menu, but the sashimi is definitely my favourite. There are times when it’s not perfect, but even then, it’s still the best. And don’t forget to have mochi with green tea ice cream after your meal—it’s the perfect way to end! Always a great experience dining here.

Amazing Japanese restaurant! We ordered Bento boxes, don, and sushi for takeaway. They were all authentic and delicious! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to dining next time! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Japanese food! Arigat?gozaimasu.
