Best wax I’ve ever had! Seriously. I was lucky enough to get a last minute cancellation spot and I’m so glad - Ella was amazing. She also gave me incredible advice on how to reduce post-waxing bumps, spots and ingrowns that has changed my life. The only negative is that I don’t live in Port Macquarie so I can’t have her as my regular therapist! You’re a magician! The space is very luxe and the service is premium from start to finish. I wish the website was slightly easier to navigate but just call because they’re so lovely and very helpful.

My husband and I celebrated our 34th Wedding Anniversary today by having the Paradise Package for Two. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. The staff were professional and very friendly. We really felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Thank you so much ladies.

BIG thank you to Dana for a lovely massage and facial last weekend (the Treasured Time package). It was one of the best massages I've had in a long time and my skin felt great for days afterwards! Will definitely be back to do it all again one day.

I have been to many salons across many years as I am a long term waxer and so forth. I have travelled the world and spent time in many different spa’s. I take pleasure in submitting this review of my recent visit. This would no doubt be one of the best waxing and body relaxation experience’s I have had. Felicity has such a gentle, yet precise approach. Her attention and methodology are sublimely exemplary. Not a hair missed, and an almost enjoyable wax experience due to gentle, small rips! Haha. I never thought I’d suggest this. I then moved on to a Nurture experience that simply took my breath away. I felt divinely pampered. Felicity is an exceptional therapist. It was All about attention to detail and ensuring I felt perfectly comfortable. If I lived in PM this would be my place to frequent for all skin, body and soul needs. An absolute delight.

Omg! It was just so indulgent. From the moment I walked into the door, i was was greeted with such a special and very delightful greeting making me feel very welcome. I was then greeted by Jamie who looked after me and took me into the massage room and I was sent into heaven. I was treated with the nurture massage. Foot soak, facial and legs and feet ritual. All I can say is Indulgence. Thank you so much.

Indulgence package A blissful 4-hour pampering treatment in a lovely setting. All treatments were perfect and the massage pressure was just right ironing out many knots but still allowing me to completely relax. A fabulous stress reliever with lasting wellness benefits.

Whenever I am visiting Port Macquarie I make sure to go to Ella Bache as I lack the time to visit a beauty salon when I'm home. The range of treatments is extensive and the staff are always so friendly and professional. I had a facial, which was amazing and left my face feeling so clean and rejuvenated. I wish I could go there every week. You can even book online, which is what I did. I can definitely recommend the salon, whatever you get done you will feel pampered when leaving.

I had a lovely facial at Ella Bache, I had their $90 signature experience facial and it was absolutely lovely, it was very relaxing, excellent value and my skin feels wonderful and was not at all irritated. Definitely would come back again.

Amazing Signature Facial! Grace was wonderful, considerate of my facial needs and the gentlest of hands. No pushing of products either which is refreshing and would happily recommend. Thanks Ella Bache.
