Best bicycle store that I have been!! Excellent experience!!! The customer service is second to none. Thanks to Dexter for making my experience with DRIFT Bikes a breeze. Dexter was super helpful when I bought my beloved Pivot Switchblade. He assisted me patiently from start to finish. I never had this such experience before and very thankful for his assistance. The suspension setup was perfect and the bike rides like a dream. Overall am super happy with Dexter's customer service. Thanks again Drift Bikes.

Legends, don't let this bike shop size fool you will get the full small town bike shop experience. The people here are absolutely wonderful, and the interactions with their team was an absolute highlight of my trip. Genuinely choked up with how kind and wonderful everyone I interacted with, the people were the only thing better than the bikes which were in excellent mechanical condition. Extremely grateful for picking them, to facilitate my time at Glenrock. Happy safe riding to you all.

James was incredibly professional, informative, friendly and prompt in his service. He attached a baby bike seat while I waited. Double checked everything, very happy customer.

My first experience with Cheeky Bikes was when I was on the lookout for a new bike. The sales process was great, and none of my questions were any problem. Once purchased, I was able to pick the bike up fairly quickly, and was extremely happy. I had two small issues, which were promptly dealt with under warranty. I've had the bike serviced a few times, and it always comes back in great condition. I ended up breaking the hex key that comes with the bike, and the team had a spare which they were happy to give me on my last service. The team always gives 10/10, and it's evident that they value their customers and are keen riders themselves. Highly recommended, I don't think I'll be going anywhere else.

A fantastic experience. I have been struggling for months to work out what the best bike option was for me and trying to work through what was available and what wasn't. One 15 minute phone conversation with Matt and I was able to work out exactly what I needed and what my options were, I ordered my bike over the phone and by 10 o'clock next day, It was assembled and available. Another half hour at the shop and my bike is fitted up perfectly and ready to go. Thanks Matt, great job.

Popped in late yesterday afternoon and managed to test ride a few bikes. The service from the woman who helped me was absolutely outstanding, from fitting some flat pedals to allow the test ride/s, to seat adjustment, bike geometry questions, to enquiring about warehouse stock availability. absolutely outstanding.
