The Music was so loud today in the downstairs food court 2pm 21st May….it was unbearable and we experienced the same problem upstairs last visit. I couldn’t wait to escape the Square and will think twice about returning. I pity the staff working in that environment. Enough is enough!

i had a popup booking and then i was asked to move just because thay got a longer booking knowing i needed to be close to supermarket and a person with a disability i do not believe i was treated fairly

so many shops with a wide variety of stores. massive and a good shopping experience

This shopping centre! offers a fantastic variety of stores, from popular fashion brands to unique boutiques. The layout is easy to navigate, and the atmosphere feels clean and modern. There are plenty of dining options, whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a sit-down meal. Parking was very busy needing to circle the car park a few times, managed to find a spot on the roof top parking, the customer service at the shops I visited was friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great place to spend a few hours shopping.

I always have great moments there. In addition to being able to shop, go to the Woolis, there is a medical center and sometimes I can work in the area with tables and chairs which is super comfortable!! Really wonderful and special place!!

A really nice place. Everything you could need and more. I do t know if I went on a quieter day but there was no crowds, just a steady welcoming flow of happy people.

I love how you can grab a coffee or eat something good.. several places both are side's of the street.. you need to walk across the crossing and explore both sides and you'll be stoked with what's there.. I personally think it has the best Big W in Newcastle. Well stocked, clean as, staff are lovely, undercover parking is awesome if needed. Wonderful butcher's, and the hot dollar store rocks aswell awesome price's.. lol check it out at Halloween haha so Cool

Good parking underneath and on the other size which is large. Clean and tidy mall, lots of stores such as Big W, Officeworks, Woolworths

Good a quick grocery shopping all the goods are there and some food stalls are also available
