I had a wonderful 1 hour massage followed by a 1 hour facial by Liv. She was amazing. She was sure to check in on me at each point to ensure i was comfortable. Everything she did felt gentle & kind, down to being soft and quiet, making sure my feet were always covered & her movements just felt considerate. Following, Liv sat next to me walking me through each product and her recommendations. I purchased 4 products and she wrote me a hand written guide on what to use, when to use it & how much to use. 100% recommend, such a lovely experience on my birthday. Honestly give this gal a raise!!

Thanks so much for having us! We loved how we could truly disconnect without phones in the spa. Highly recommend visiting alone or with a loved one to experience maximum relaxation. The atmosphere was lush and relaxing, making us feel like we were transported to the islands of Fiji. The massage was incredible, relieving all the knots, and the products enhanced the tropical vibe. We left feeling so refreshed and hydrated. Five stars!

I wanted to do something special for my daughters at the end of the school holidays. So we booked in for Princess Pedicures. It was amazing from the moment I booked. The girls had the best time. They felt so special. The staff were kind, generous and made the whole experience something we will remember. We'll definitely be back.

My go to place for all my beauty and massage needs. Girls are lovely, welcoming and excellent at what they do. Their facials are next level! They are more than happy to give advice and instruction on how to best use the products ( DMK and Payot are just amazing to use) Always feel so deliciously pampered and "more than just a booking" at Utopia. I love giving their gift vouchers as pressies to others - I just know how much the receiver will love the experience there. I often buy one of their "specials" for myself - such great value and hey I need spoiling too. Can't recommend highly enough !!!

Amazing experience at Utopia today. Attended a waxing appointment with my Nan who has dementia on a day out from her care facility. The team went above and beyond, had rearranged the room prior to the appointment and were so accommodating. Not to mention the girls were absolutely lovely and my Nan had a wonderful experience. 10/10, will definitely rebook in the future. Her face wax was fantastic also. Thanks girls!

I would like to send praise to my lovely Therapist Caitlin at Endota Spa Kotara. Caitlin is amazing with her facial application to which I booked in with today. I highly recommend the Endota New Age Express facial for 30mins. It was a targeted facial providing my skin with so many beautiful products. Everyone needs to book in for this beautiful 1/2hr Facial and treat yourself. Thank You once again Caitlin and thank you Endota Spa for making each visit so enjoyable.

Today I enjoyed the Immerse package at Kotara. Brittani was my therapist. She was absolutely amazing and professional. One of the best massages I have ever had. Her hands were so light yet confident in all the treatments. The facial was beautiful and the products felt so nice. I would thoroughly recommend this for 3 1/2 hours of total indulgence. It was a Mother's Day gift from my son and I am truly grateful.

Katie is a wonderful therapist . She is very professional, kind, thoughtful, and takes the time to remember what we have spoken of and show care and interest in my day. I appreciate her quiet manner and gentle approach . I would highly recommend Katie as a therapist for any client.
