I had a fantastic experience buying my first brand new car. Darren was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was genuine in his approach and there was no hard sell. When I picked my car up Darren sat in it with me and set everything up for me and explained how it all worked. The process was simple and faultless. Darren even rang me the next day to ask how my drive home went as I live over an hour away. I would highly recommend buying a car from him.

We went to Port Macquarie with the aim to look at different brands to replace my current car. First stop was Mazda and first car that took my eye was the Mazda Cx3. I sat in and it's the most comfortable car seat ever. Mark has to be the most genuine, personable salesman ever. We left Mazda and looked at the two brands that had been the original first choice and went Naah. Back to Mazda and purchased the first car. Service and attention to us and the detail of the sale was impeccable . Thank you Mark.

We have had a couple of really good experiences with Miedecke in Port Macquarie - first of all they rectified defects on a second hand car we purchased from them and again recently in the purchase of a Ford Ranger, we were very happy with the process and engagement from the team. Trade-in value on our car was good and the new car was delivered withing a week.

Very professional, friendly service. Jason and Michelle were fantastic! They made the journey to owning our new car extra special. No stress, no fuss, explained everything well and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Super professional, highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if we could.

Went to Warren Plowright Toyota to order a new SLWB Hiace van and was lucky enough to meet Robert who turned out to be a definite asset to their business. He explained all about the vehicle as there was a lot we didn’t know about new technology!! Never condescending, always informativesnd friendly. Got it all organised quickly and have picked up our fabulous new van. Robert explained all about Toyota app which seems very helpful, and the servicing etc. For a 1st EVER new vehicle it was a great experience. Thanks Robert for making it so painless and easy.

The service team demonstrated exceptional kindness. I needed to bring my car to them while travelling from Brisbane to Sydney. Despite being occupied with their scheduled services, they efficiently managed their time to accommodate me. I anticipated a hefty charge, but to my surprise, they did not overcharge. The administrative staff was also very welcoming. I am grateful and will remain appreciative of their excellent service.
