I went in unsure of what charms I wanted, all I knew is I wanted family related charms. The girls that had served me were extremely kind, helpful and very patient with me. It was a great experience and definitely very appreciative to the lovely ladies.

Kristy was the lady who served me. She was so nice and polite and when I expressed to her how one of my charms had broken she kindly replaced it for me, free of charge. Both her and the other girls working there were all great and very helpful.

Staff very attentive, didn't matter what you wanted they tried to accommodate you, would happily shop there again.

Daniel is the biggest legend! He was so helpful and informative and creative. When you have to make such big decisions its great to have someone who actually knows their craft and knows what they are talking about. He gave me so many options and the ring turned out perfectly. Fit her like a glove! - Cale I have never seen such a beautiful ring before and can't believe it's mine and that it was made here in Port Macquarie. With Daniel and Doreens help it fits me perfectly which is quite a task as I have tiny fingers. When I went in to see them they gave me so much information about how to care for my ring and when to have it serviced. They even organised our ring insurance! The ring came with all its certifications and information and a lifetime warranty. We will definitely be getting our wedding bands done by Daniel and Doreen. Doreen and Daniel are an amazing couple to work with. I recently had an engagement ring made by Daniel and my fiancé couldn’t be any happier with it. From the design stages all the way through to receiving the final product they were both very understanding and helpful. Going into this experience I had no idea about diamonds and the differences between them all but Doreen was so helpful with her vast knowledge. I took my friends 3 boys to Michael Hill to buy something for their Mum for Christmas. Rhonda was amazing. She new it was a small sale but was lovely with the kids. A busy time of the year and she never made us feel rush. Thanks Rhonda you made a busy time relaxed and the kids felt listened too.

Michael Hill definitely sells the most unique jewellery of all the jewellery shops - I found a beautiful gold bead necklace that looks sensational. The staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Very happy with my purchase and with my shopping experience at the Port Macquarie store.
