James was brilliant. We were looking for specific mattresses and he went through them all till we found the best match to our needs. Really helpful on price and delivery. He went above and beyond. Excellent service. Excellent knowledge. Great patience and understanding. 10/10 -James - we would definitely recommend.

Visited store and assisted by Julie. Julie listened and understood our needs and guided us to the relevant section of the Huge store. Julie was on hand for advice, and, when we made our decision, quickly organised delivery (next day) and removal of our old lounge. The delivery team arrived early and were efficient patient and polite. Good customer service.

I recently fully furnished my new AIRBNB and Julie and staff were amazing, going above and beyond especially as I was on a very tight time schedule to get the place set up.

Stellar customer service. We have purchased many things from this great store, but the stand out is our beautiful leather sofa. Unfortunately it developed an issue but Megan and Michelle made the swap over an absolute breeze, acting swiftly and efficiently to get us a replacement. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! 10/10.
