Would like to acknowledge Jacob from the Port Macquarie arm of JR Richard’s. My neighbours green bin went AWOL while I was looking after their property. I discovered it’s not all that easy to obtain a new bin, especially for a neighbour. Jacob made it so much easier with his wonderful attitude and friendly approach. This world needs more people like Jacob. Thank you for you professional and friendly attention to my problem and ensuring a new green bin was delivered for my neighbour.

For first time in 13 years, the garbo missed emptying my yellow bin from a row of bins. I phoned JR Richards yesterday afternoon, and at 6.47am this morning, a truck appeared and emptied it. They have also been very accommodating over the comminity garbage arrangements on the orivate estate where I live. Couldn't be happier.

Changed the timing of their route so as not to wake myself and other residents close to a large industrial bin emptying. Appreciate their quality service.
