Shane is very professional in his approach and at the same time makes you feel like a friend Genuinely has a love for dogs and they respond accordingly Not just a groomer with great staff but checks up in any issues that may need a vets attention For me this is ideal as sometimes we dont always pick up on problems our dog may have Can’t praise them enough Love the fact it’s open plan You can see all the dogs and they’re always in good spirits and Shane is definitely in tune with them Nothing is ever too much trouble Highly recommended.

We were extremely happy with the service, staff are very friendly and groom outcome was amazing, Bella looked amazing and clearly felt that way too as she had a spring in her step coming out of the salon, we highly recommend.

Utterly impressed with Shane for doing a great job cutting my difficult Pom. Everything about the experience was pleasant, would highly recommend.

Elise did a great cut on our 14yo toy poodle/silky. Was looking for a groomer after having moved & she was highly recommended. Elise was on time welcoming made us all at ease. I now would highly recommend her business.

Awesome groomer. She is so gentle and caring and I know my floofs can be a handful. They always come home looking, smelling and feeling amazing.

Such a lovely, experienced groomer who really cares for the dogs that go to her. One of the best in Port Macquarie.
