I love Mingaletta Port Macquarie the manager is so wonderful with a gold heart. She prioritize to admit my husband on a very busy time. I love the place especially the little chapel which is so private and hubby go to the chapel almost everyday. Staff are great. Lovely place for our loved ones.

This is definitely the Hilton of aged care services. Friendly efficient professional staff. Catering to every need for the elderly.

Staff were the most caring and kind people.. hard to deal with loss but they all cared so much. Warm environment.

My wife's parents are in Bethany and we've found the level of care to be excellent. There appears to be a good staff to resident ratio and the staff are friendly. They have responded very well to a couple of falls and have notified my wife of the outcomes very quickly. I think my parents-in-law are in good hands.

Good food for the residents, nice staff, good atmosphere, pleasant accommodation.

Dedicated staff and wonderful care. allows families to spend quality time.

This place feels like a real community! It’s not often that you see the CEO of an organisation connecting with the people on the ground and knowing their stories. Community engagement is something this place does well. The amazing Jo McNamara loves interacting with the community and cares deeply about each individual. They provide unique opportunities such as Intergenerational programs with local high school students and virtual reality travel. I’ve not heard a harsh word from anyone in this community about their experience of living here. Would highly recommend

This place is awesome. They treated our dad with the upmost level of respect and high standard of care. He died in the best circumstances possible supported by caring health professionals with high capability. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Lovely place for my mum to be. Activities, bus outings for lunch, scenic drives. Movie and ice cream afternoons. Mum has settled in very well and getting to know the residents. Lovely gardens to sit and relax also.
